Mrs. Boogaard is licensed to practice Law in the State of New York, in the United States. She is also licensed to practice law in Jamaica and the Commonwealth Caribbean.
Her legal career started in 1996 as a Criminal Law Prosecutor and Attorney at Law in Kingston, Jamaica where she worked diligently for the State in prosecuting a wide range of criminal law matters including Capital Murder, Gun Crimes, Drug Offenses, Fraud Detection and Forgery. During her career as a Prosecutor, she has brought hundreds of criminals and rebels to justice, earning the respect and commendation of many colleagues. She also worked closely with the United States Department of Justice regarding Extradition Cases, Money Laundering, and other International Law Matters.
Mrs. Boogaard then migrated to the United States in 2002 where she worked as a Legal Consultant for many years in the field of Estate Planning and Personal Injury, gaining meaningful experience.
She has further studied and worked in the field of Immigration Law, an area of law for which she is very passionate and excited about. Over the years she has increased her knowledge about the changing Immigration laws to keep abreast.
With her International flair, and personal experience through the US Immigration system, Mrs. Boogaard is on a mission to help. Her clients include people from all over the world.
